How the Guarantee Works

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order.
Simply email us at contact@soledrift.com and our team will review your request promptly.


Important Conditions

Refunds are only approved if the map has not been extensively accessed, downloaded, or used. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Saving or exporting a significant number of locations

  • Viewing a high volume of map content within the first 2 hours

  • Copying, sharing, or attempting to duplicate map data

This policy ensures genuine customers can try Sole Drift risk-free while protecting the value of our exclusive map content.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After the 2-hour window has passed

  • If the map has already been significantly accessed or downloaded

  • If you are dissatisfied with specific content or already knew some of the locations

  • If you are unable to access particular spots due to environmental, seasonal, or legal reasons

  • If you expected a fixed number of locations - the map is dynamic and continually updated


Digital Product Disclaimer

By purchasing a Sole Drift membership, you acknowledge that access to the interactive map constitutes the delivery and consumption of a digital product. Once accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable under consumer law exemptions for digital goods.
