At Sole Drift PTY LTD, we aim to make our membership options flexible and transparent. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling your membership based on the type of plan selected.


1. Monthly Memberships

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Sole Drift customer account.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • No refunds are issued after the 2-hour refund window, including for early cancellation.


2. Yearly Memberships

  • Yearly memberships automatically renew every 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Sole Drift customer account.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access for the full year you have already paid for.

  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • No refunds are issued after the 2-hour refund window, including for early cancellation.


3. Lifetime Memberships

  • Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases that grant access for the lifetime of the website and its services.

  • Because lifetime access is not a recurring plan, it cannot be cancelled or refunded after the 2-hour refund window unless required by law.


4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at www.soledrift.co.uk

  2. Navigate to “My Account” > “Manage Membership”

  3. Select “Cancel Subscription”

If you encounter issues with cancellation, email us directly at contact@soledrift.com.


5. Failed Payments and Suspension

  • If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), your account may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

  • You will receive an email prompting you to update your payment details.
